Intradigm has a strong intellectual property (IP) portfolio to protect our position in RNAi-based therapeutics.
Intradigm is one of a very few elite RNAi companies that possess a strong IP portfolio covering siRNA structures, siRNA sequences and siRNA delivery technologies. Intradigm has an exclusive license to broad next generation RNAi structural features, including those referred to as the “Zamore Design Rules”. In the sequence arena, the company has pending patent applications against more than 40 high value gene targets and in the field of siRNA delivery. Additionally, Intradigm possesses a leading position in biodegradable polymer based synthetic delivery systems.

Intradigm pursues intellectual property from internal sources and active in-licensing programs. In addition to our patent portfolio, our intellectual property position is strengthened by our internal knowledge related to our targeted delivery systems and the know-how and trade secrets that accompany this knowledge.
